I received a BS degree in Construction Management from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.  I am a licensed general contractor with over 15 years of work experience in residential and commercial construction.  In addition to serving the communty for over five years as a licensed home inspector, I served as a home inspection class instructor at Wake Technical Community College in 2008.   

I am a member of the Triangle Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  This allows you more flexibility when scheduling your inspection since your agent will not be required to let me in or to lock up.
